Ambulatory Service
We work with providers offering service and support to individuals with special needs who are ambulatory but still require some assistance getting to and from their appointments. Our drivers offer help with entering/exiting the vehicle, as well as getting into and out of facilities/homes.
Wheelchair Service
Our drivers have years of experience assisting wheelchair-bound individuals with safe transportation to and from appointments. Our company is more than door-to-door service. We assist our riders out of their homes and into their appointments, and we never pair you with strangers.
Stretcher Service
As a premier provider of non-emergent medical transport, we’re also equipped to handle stretcher transportation. Our vans accommodate full-sized stretchers with non-invasive loading and unloading. We always have two personnel on every stretcher transport.

The 4:00 PM Rule: All requests for the next business day must be received by 4:00 PM the day before to be guaranteed availability and scheduling.
Trip Details: Please note the important details needed for scheduling a trip such as: appointment type, estimated duration of your appointment (if you need our services for a return trip), number of stairs entering/exiting your home (if you need assistance going up/ down the stairs), and your weight.
Stairs: Please note, if you need to be transported up/down stairs, the quoted price will increase depending on the number of stairs.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We know life happens and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled and/or rescheduled. We also know your time is valuable- and so is ours. Please cancel/change an appointment at least 2 hours prior to pick up time to avoid fees (depending on the distance from the office). Changes/cancellations can be done by calling our office at 920-982-6059.

For your convenience, we make covering the cost of non-emergent transport easy by accepting multiple forms of payment: VISA, Discover, Master Card, American Express, Cash and Check.
